ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This website ("Site") is a service of BoleBank. BoleBank.com provides its service to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). By accessing this Site on the Internet or World Wide Web you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Terms. In addition, when using particular BoleBank services, you are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. All such guidelines and rules applicable to such services are hereby incorporated by reference in the Terms.

Each document and other material published by BoleBank on this server may contain other proprietary notices or describe products, services, processes or technologies owned by BoleBank or third parties. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting to the user a license under any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of BoleBank or any third party, except for the right of use license expressly set forth below in these terms and conditions.

SERVICE
BoleBank provides online recruiting marketplace services may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information ("Candidates"), by Candidate referrers (“Referrers”), by employers seeking employees ("Employers"), and by professional recruiting firm (“Recruiters”). You agree to use the Site only to send Materials and receive Content that is proper, accurate and related to the purpose of the Site.  BoleBank reserves the right to immediately, and without notice, de-activate or suspend a Referrer, Employer, or Recruiter account and remove a Candidate profile if any of the terms and conditions of this agreement are violated.

Referrers, Candidates, Employers, and Recruiters must open and maintain an account with BoleBank (an “Account”) before they will be allowed to use any of the Site related services (the “Services”).  You agree that all information supplied by you in connection with the opening or maintenance of an Account will be accurate.  You must be 18 years of age or older to be permitted to Open an account on BoleBank.  BoleBank may accept or reject Account applications in BoleBank’s discretion.  BoleBank may cancel or suspend any Account in BoleBank’s discretion.

Referrers, Candidates, Employers, and Recruiters agree not to open more than one Account.  Referrer account must contain the true name of the Referrer.

If you are an Employer or a Recruiter, you agree (a) that information contained in your job postings at the Site will be accurate, (b) to promptly notify BoleBank if you hire a Candidate, and (c) to pay BoleBank all amounts which become payable by you for the use of the Site or Services. As a condition of an Employer or a Recruiter opening or continuing to use any Account, BoleBank may require (but is not obligated to require) the payment of a deposit by the Employer or Recruiter. The deposit will be held by BoleBank and may be applied by BoleBank against amounts owing by the Employer or Recruiter for the use of the Site or any Services. The unapplied balance of any such deposit will be returned to the Employer or Recruiter within 90 days after the Employer cancels its Account.

If you are a Referrer, you agree that you will not submit any information concerning a Candidate (a) without the consent of that Candidate, or (b) which you know or suspect to be misleading or inaccurate.

If you are a Candidate, you agree that any information provided by you for posting at the Site, or for delivery to an Employer or a Recruiter, will be accurate and not misleading.

REFERRAL REWARDS
Job postings at this Site set out a cash referral reward (the “Referral Reward”) which will be paid to the Referrer who refers the Candidate that is hired to fill the job.  BoleBank will pay the Referral Reward within 30 days of the completion of the Guarantee Period.  However, BoleBank will not pay the Referral Reward to the Referrer unless the Employer first pays the Referral Reward to BoleBank.  Also, if an Employer exercises its right to receive a refund under the Money Back Guarantee, no Referral Reward will be paid for the job posting associated with that refund.  No Referral Reward will be paid if a Referrer refers himself/herself for a job and the Referrer subsequently accepts that job. Before a Referral Fee can be paid to a Referrer, the Tax ID Number of the Referrer must be provided to BoleBank to meet the government regulations.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify BoleBank of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Under no circumstances will BoleBank be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

CUSTOMER CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not BoleBank, are entirely responsible for all Content that you send, upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of BoleBank or any third party. BoleBank does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will BoleBank be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.
You understand that you control the privacy of any Content you elect to post by granting access under your personal password. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant BoleBank the world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display and create derivative works from the Content on the Service and on the printed product for the purposes of storing designs or processing print orders. This license exists only for the length of time necessary for BoleBank to complete your order or until you delete the Content from the Service.
You acknowledge that BoleBank does not pre-screen Content, but that BoleBank and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the Terms or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that BoleBank may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of BoleBank , its users and the public.

USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that BoleBank may establish general practices and limits concerning your use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that designs or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum size of any Content that may be uploaded on the Service, and the maximum disk space that will be allotted on BoleBank's servers for Customer use. You agree that BoleBank has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted to the Service. You acknowledge that BoleBank reserves the right to delete Content stored on the Service which is inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that BoleBank reserves the right to change its general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION TO SERVICE
BoleBank reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you. You agree that BoleBank, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or your use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if BoleBank believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. BoleBank may also in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice to you. You agree that BoleBank shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage you may suffer due to any modification, suspension, termination or discontinuance of the Service.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
THE USER OF THIS SYSTEM ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE USE OF THIS SERVER AND THE INTERNET GENERALLY. BOLEBANK, ITS AFFILIATES AND DATA SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR ENDORSEMENTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION ACCESSED FROM, OR VIA, THIS SERVER OR THE INTERNET, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
BOLEBANK DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LEGAL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION, APPARATUS, PRODUCT OR PROCESS DISCLOSED ON THE SERVER OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSIBLE FROM THE SERVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL BOLEBANK BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION ON THIS SERVER OR THE INTERNET GENERALLY OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS.

NO WARRANTIES
Any BoleBank material on this server may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. BoleBank has the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this server without prior notice.
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS SERVER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BY MAPQUEST, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY. The BoleBank name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of BoleBank All other product and service marks contained herein are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via the BoleBank Service. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos.
The same policy applies for copyrights. You may not use copyrighted materials from artists, photographers, publishers, writers, composers, and other authors of original works unless they are specifically licensed to you by the copyright holder.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
BoleBank has the right, in its sole discretion, to add to, remove, modify or otherwise change any part of these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time. Changes will be effective when notice of such change is posted at this Site. Please check these Terms and Conditions frequently for updates by checking the “Date of Last Update" at the top of this document. If any change is not acceptable to you, you must discontinue your use of this Site immediately. Your continued use of this Site or downloading or use of Content from it after any such changes are posted will constitute acceptance of those changes.
