Who is Referrer?
You are the Referrer. For those who can find out their friends’ outstanding professional capability as well as recommend their friends to employers are considered an influential and successful Referrer. A great Referrer would always concern about his friends’ career development and planning, know very well about the new job opportunities, actively deliver the job opportunity messages to the right candidates and assist the candidates in getting the perfect opportunities.

What is Referral Reward?
To reward a Referrer’s talent search ability, enthusiasm on the job recommendation and social network influences, the Referrer will receive a Referral Reward within one month after the recommended candidate has passed the probation.
How to receive Referral Reward?
The Referral Reward will be delivered by check to Taiwan members. To make the delivering procedure smoothly, BoleBank will ask the member to provide the identification information as well as the receiver’s information. In addition, the receiver must be the BoleBank account user.
What is Referrer Team?
To maximize a Referrer’s influence and capacity, you may invite people with different backgrounds, referral ability and great enthusiasm to join your Referrer Team. Through the multiple backgrounds of your team members, you can actively deliver the job opportunity messages to a wider range of people to bring your influence into full play.
What is the Referrer Team Reward?
To encourage a Referrer inviting friends in different professional fields to join the Referrer Team and assisting employers in delivering the job opportunity message to the targeted talents, the Referrer will receive a Referral Team Reward as long as his team member successfully refers a professional. The Referrer Team Reward is 5% of the Referral Reward of that job opportunity.
Can one person join many Referrer Team?
No. BoleBank limits each person to be a member of one Referrer Team only. Therefore, please immediately invite your friends with plentiful social network influences to join your Referrer Team and let them be your capable supporters for obtaining the Referrer Team Reward.
What is the procedure after recommending a candidate by Referrer?
BoleBank concerns very much about the privacy and safety of the data given by Referrer. Without the agreement of the parties involved, BoleBank will not voluntarily provide any information to the employers.
BoleBank will first screen and evaluate the candidates recommended by the Referrers and then get in touch with the candidates to get more personal information. Once the candidates agreed, BoleBank will recommend the candidates to the employer.
Can a Referrer recommend himself?
At current stage, the self recommendation is not opened. If the Referrer is interested in a certain job, he can invite his friend to join BoleBank and become his Referrer to recommend him.
What will BoleBank do if different Referrers recommend the same candidate to the same job?
BoleBank only accepts one recommendation for one candidate to each job opportunity at the time. In this case, BoleBank will take the first recommendation and actively give the Referrer of the second recommendation for the same candidate a notice about the candidate has been recommended by another Referrer.
Can the Referrer recommend one candidate to different job opportunities?
Yes. The Referrer can recommend one candidate to different job opportunities.
Whether the data given by the Referrer will be pubic or not?
BoleBank highly values the privacy safeguard. Therefore, BoleBank will not disclose any information provided by the Referrer.
Can a user apply how many Referrer accounts?
One user can only apply one Referrer account and the user can’t apply the account on behalf of the third party as well.
